Brz Markets - Recap: No trades last week, but soybean premiums closed the week in a strong tone. Soybean futures climbed 24 cents and Premiums didn´t fall – SH24. Very slow farmer selling and very stressful weather pattern for all over Brz. I spoke to some producers from Mato Grosso over the weekend. The rainfall pattern was the same: many with little and few with a lot. Rains again were poorly distributed. The European model run at midnight today shows little rain for the next 5-10 days for the entire northern part of Brazil and the south as well. I reduced my crop size estimate from 163 Mi tons to 155,4 Mi tons. Traders estimated Sino bot 12 soybean cargoes out of the USG LW and private crushers bot 4 for November and Nov-Dec out of Brz.
